Legs..today i decided to build them a little and do pyramid training again
squats
smith machine split squat
wide sqauts
leg extentions
seat & standing calves
leg press
no cardio ran out of time but going to jump rope for 30mins a bit
food..i did good eating clean today till about 6..then ate a bunch of peanut butter :/ tomorrows challenge..write down everything I eat.
