training this week has been so good!..though i gained some body fat when i was sick I feel a lot stronger this week after almost a week of not training last week. I am also trying to record everything I eat..which some days, i suprize myself how much i eat :/
i also gave up drinking :( ..and its super bowl weekend..in TAMPA!! it will be hard not eating badly n drinking when there are tonz on parties lol but i will be strong and not give in :/..i guess im DD from here on out :(

 I need to start focusing more on abs…but i hate working them..but that is 2morrow’s goal..maybe 2nite i will try and put together a workout…idk but im falling asleep lol

    I’m totally used to being the DD, heck, for my 21st birthday I drove my best friend home because he got pretty plastered. Funny how things work out. Have a great weekend!
