training this week has been so good!..though i gained some body fat when i was sick I feel a lot stronger this week after almost a week of not training last week. I am also trying to record everything I eat..which some days, i suprize myself how much i eat :/
i also gave up drinking :( ..and its super bowl weekend..in TAMPA!! it will be hard not eating badly n drinking when there are tonz on parties lol but i will be strong and not give in :/..i guess im DD from here on out :(

 I need to start focusing more on abs…but i hate working them..but that is 2morrow’s goal..maybe 2nite i will try and put together a workout…idk but im falling asleep lol

 

Chest day

I feel much better :)

Today i started a new diet..a little leaner than b4..i messed it up already lol but its ok lol..the next 3 meals i will stay focused lol

Chest/shoulders day!

Incl. Press (DB) 15×12x3

Decline Press 15×12x3

Over head press on swiss ball 10×15ishx3

Push ups:Failure 3x

Dips: 3×12 ..to failure

rear delt machine (works your chest thou?idk lol) 30×12x3

lateral raises 10×12x3

front raises 10×15x3

ab day as well but wont go into details on that.

30mins on stair master

12 mins on eliptical(HIIT)

 My new addiction..Nitro-tech protein bars lol..they are too bad for you..ate one just now..5gf..31carbs..0g sugar..30g protein..i only eat half at a time thou lol..has 3g fiber in it too..which is important lol ok go to get back to work

Back day..feeling horrible though :(

I am starting to blog today..just because I am getting frustrated..lately it does not feel like i will ever get there (close to competition ready).My body fat is went up the last 2 weeks like crazy (my progress pics, were b4 the body fat increase lol) and maybe this blog will help.

Today was a bad day I am not feeling well at all and called off from work. This morning I tried working out, b4 I knew how sick I actually was. Some times I think I can fight sickness if I just keeping going but this one has got me best friends with my toliet :(

This morning I worked back..this is my routine today:
Cable Row: 50×12x3
Pull ups: Do as many as I can by myself..only like 7 today..then add assistance and do 3×20
straight arm pulldown: 70×12x3
underhand cable pulldown: 50×12-15×3
T-Bar row: 40×10-12×3 or 4
Arm extenzes (on swissball) 20×12x3
hyperextensions: holding 10lb. 20×3
shrug: 25×12x3
 
~~bc i was sick that was all I did today but usually do these as well:
various plyometrics (only 2-3 times a week)
20 mins on strair master
run 1 mile

Sorry if I am writing my routines wrong..im sure you guys can kind of get what I did today. I will post everyday and feel free to message me with suggestions :)

Ok going to take a nap… im feeling bad again :(
