Well well… it took me long enough to start supplimenting again. Did a bit of browsing on what people were taking and what they were feeling. Read a few forums etc etc. So monday I decided on what I would use to give me that extra “umph” in the gym and some lean mass on my body. As usual i went for a Whey protein… standard for the mass gains. Along with that I picked up Animal Pak and the Animal M-stak. I have used the Animal Pak before and had good results… it kept me going all day long. The M-stak however is new to me and in reading some forum posts I have found that the general public is very happy with the results they have have gotten with the M-stak. Now the question is … will it work for me. hmmmm… Now Surely the masses could not be talking out thier assess… cuz that would be a crying shame. And in my opinion… I believe we are all here to help each other on the journey towards our goals. Therefore I am eagerly awaiting the gains/ results i have been hearing about. Now I know the bodybuilding game is an individual experience.. and no two bodies will react the same to physical activites and suppliments. BUT BEST BELIEVE I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT I PUSH TO THE MAX SO THAT THESE SUPPS SHOW ME WHAT THEY CAN DO!!

I am not sure about anybody esle but I always worry when friday rolls around. For me the weekend means trying to keep my diet clean. Ya see i have friends that are not on the same mission that i am on or care much for their own health n fitness (I tired with them.. to each their own). But never the less they are my friends and hang-out we must. Which usually means at a bar, around alcohol and foods that are fried. Now I wont lie … I slip from time to time and have a drink and eat something greasy, but i keep it within reason. NO SO FOR THIS WEEKEND. I went Clubbing on friday and got home at 5 am. Need less to say i drank all night. And somewhere inbetween that there was some greasy pizza (saved my life actually). i got into the gym in the midafternoon and put together a decent workout much to my suprise. Was feeling good about that untill I remembered that i wasinvited to the opening of my friends pastry store. IM A SUCKER FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE … so I had a slice or chunk…. however you want to look at it. Sigh.. Anyhow sunday rolled around and it was a decent day… ate clean … had a good lil workout and i feel well rested. Im not proud of the weekend that i had but that life… it may have set me back a lil on my goal but i dont believe in setting back my life… Everything in moderation. Im looking to have another productive week…. hope you all have the same.

Ok… I lose weight if I bat an eyelid (Please dont hate me) and this week I started doing cardio to try and get some definition going on. I realised that during this week I lost some weight (havnt posted it yet) and moved away from my goal of staying at 160lbs. Now this could prove to make gaing my goals harder. I figure I am going to have to focus on droping my body fat % and gaining my lean muscle so i can make 160lbs. Looks like I have my work cut out for me beacuse I need to keep a balance going. I can imagaine how many ups and downs I will have during the next 2 months. But i going to keep the faith and work with what my body does and see if I can get it to work with what i want it to do.
If anybody has any tips that might help me, please feel free to share?

I have been away from this web page way too long. For a number of reasons tho… Work, school, christmas festivities, 2 carnivals, etc etc. Now dont think I havnt been working out and gaining progress. I been workingout consistently since my last blog, i just havnt blogged or posted any progress pics ( I will get back to doing that in a sec). I came back to this webpage beacuse I began getting complacent with my progress and needed that lil extra push again to further mold the body that i want to have and maintain. So expect weekly updates, complaints and whatever comes to mind while I continue on the never ending path to perection.

Well for the past 5 days i havnt had a decent workout and my diet has been shot to hell because of hurricane Dean hitting Jamaica. It wasnt as bad as it could have been, some places were badly damaged and others you wouldnt even know it rained. Thing getting back to normal and i trying to maintain as clean a diet as possible but we will see what happens. I need to start fresh again on monday. I am going to switch up my workout program and get back to a strick diet again. Bah! Damn you Dean !!!!

Wednesday was my Cardio/Rest day. I usually do Cardio then Abs and call it a day. I usally take an outdoor run for about 3-4 miles or hit the cardio room at the gym… Treadmill, or Cycle, or stair climber. Or a mixture of all 3. So yesterday I got the gym earlier than usual. So i decided to work my Abs first (as suggested by HACK SQUAT’s Blog. thanks dude). I did 3 sets of Weighted sit-ups with a 35 lb. plate till failure, then 3 sets of hanging leg raises with a 10 lb dumbbell between my feet, and then I threw in 3 sets of some cable cruches… all sets done to failure. So it was on to cardio… I noticed that there was a spinning class just about to start when I finished my Abs…. I said why the hell not , its cardio right?. So I went in… I realsied the instructor was a friend of mine (a crazy SOB) so I tried to turn out but he saw me so I was trapped. Oh well .. lets do it! , I thought. Set up my spin bike and hopped on … only to hear that hes doing a 45 minute hill climb… hahahaha… Now dont get me wrong… I never run from a workout… but I knew with this guy we were in for hell. Within the first 15 mins of the class i was dripping wet with sweat… feeling the burn of the out of saddle sprints and the tension increases as we got further up the hill. After the 45 mins my legs were gelly and I looked like I went swimming. I was feeling good however, despite the cursing in my head on what a bad decision i had made..lol. But it was good. At then end of the day I hit my Abs hard and got good a cardio workout… gym time well spent. Today is chest … stay tuned.

So its only tuesday and I am already tired… work has been busy and i sold my car… so it makes for a very difficult day getting around , getting food and getting to the gym; buti got it all done .. sigh. Anyhow monday was Leg day… I like to get them out of the way first thing. This months leg workout focuses on the hamstrings. I hitting them as hard as possible; beacuse they are stubborn SOBs and they take forever to respond. In all it was not a bad workout I did abs at the end of the workout … had planned to work them in the begining of the workout but i got side tracked… never the less they got done. I worked shoulders today… was intense… I started off with clean and press and I did it fast paced and it set the tone of the rest of the workout. Now i am tired. I wont even get into the diet… geez.. I need help wid that.. I try to keep it clean but its a tough battle when you eat on the go… so i try to cut down the portions as much as possible. Tomorrow is supposed to be cardio, abs and calf…. kind of a rest day in the mid week… my real focus as i said before is on the ripping and getting that killer core.. so wednesdays are a must. We will see how that goes…
Gonna try to eat much better.. I promise…

I have beein training for the last 8 years. I started at 115 lbs , freash out of highschool. I hit the gym hard.. like really really hard… I constantly gained in size… supplimented and at everything in sight. My highest weigth was 160 lbs about 3 years ago. Now I am at 155 lbs and very comfortable with my size and not longer on any suppliemnts. I am not looking for great mass… nor heavy bulk… nor a tank of a body. What I do want however is more muscular definition… crazy cuts… and a ripped core. Especially that ripped core. I have to fight like crazy to get my abs to develope. I am naturally ectomorphic so I dont have to worry about alot of fat but I am still not seeing the definition I want… So here is the start of my mission of 2k7… The search for Higher Definition (HD)… I have until Febuary to achieve this as my long-term goal before Trinidad Carnival and Im setting a short term goal for October also…for another social event that requires no shirt. Its time too get very serious… Diet… killer workouts… the whole nine yards. Any help, guidance, constructive comments and motivation will be greatly appreciated.
