			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, I thought the reason for being so fatigued and irritable all the time was due to hypothyroidism. After all, my first blood test results indicated I was out of range and I thought I was going to receive treatment for it. However, the second set of results indicated I was within range (though very low) and now the endocyrnologist thinks it&#8217;s hypoglycemia that&#8217;s causing me to feel the way I do.  So, I&#8217;m taking this as a sign that I need to be more cautious of what I eat and when (gee, sounds like something I&#8217;ve KNOWN all along, just never DONE).
