So I gave in and bought Muscle Milk Light. Honestly, it must’ve been about 4 weeks I went without it (as opposed to having it EVERY day for a couple months). But I’m addicted to it once again. Oh well…at least it beats the cigarettes and alcohol that most others are addicted to. ;)   Also went to whole foods and stocked up on my supplements…the omega 3s, the 5-htp…AND I even started a blog (other than this one of course).  Check it out…http://phytnessprincess.blogspot.com/

hypoglycemia

So, I thought the reason for being so fatigued and irritable all the time was due to hypothyroidism. After all, my first blood test results indicated I was out of range and I thought I was going to receive treatment for it. However, the second set of results indicated I was within range (though very low) and now the endocyrnologist thinks it’s hypoglycemia that’s causing me to feel the way I do.  So, I’m taking this as a sign that I need to be more cautious of what I eat and when (gee, sounds like something I’ve KNOWN all along, just never DONE).
