Just had to blog to say i acheived this - worked out need to lose more body fat and at least 2.4 lbs per week to hit my personal goal…

Awesome! Keep at it, even if your body starts freaking out. Persistence will be your best friend to see you through to your goals and beyond!

Im doing well again this week too - had one of two off days as i didnt feel well so training been minimal this week but the food is right on track so im still hoping for a loss this week - i get weighed tomorrow so will update you all then
