Do you keep water with you during the day? Your body is gonna really crave carbs more for a while before it adapts to its new routine and diet. Keep plenty hydrated and lots of chewing gum with you to tide you over those few hours till the next meal!

This might help:
Non-alkaline cocoa powder has, per serving, 10x the antioxidant ORAC score than fresh blueberries! Plus, its very diet friendly, Per tablespoon (5g):
10 cals
.5 g fat (0 sat)
.6g carb (thats right, LESS than 1g!)
1g fiber
1g protein
Plus, ITS CHOCOLATE!!!! Add some sweetener (I use stevia) and its awesome! Mix it in some FF plain yogurt, freeze it,voila…. instant dessert that is healthy for you! Throw in some granola & you have some good slow carbs and it tastes like a Nestle Crunch frozen yogurt!

You still get some trace carbs through the almonds, a few from most protein powders, and the leafy greens if you do salads. Still give yourself one meal a week (preferably dinner) to get carbs back in you. Actually having those few carbs is gonna keep your appetite more stimulated! I tapered down my carbs over 2 days and it sucked. The appetite wasn’t a problem once I’d been on almost no carbs for about 2 days. I only get about 40 net carbs daily, and that’s ’cause my protein powder has 6g per scoop. Otherwise I’d be even lower.
