Nice to know I'm not the only who thinks TV is a total waste of ones time. I call it a cancer to those who misuse it. Every now and then I sit back on the couch with the wife and watch a little of one of her shows.

Well, hope you feel better!

I think you're right. I am going to go to the doctor. Getting hurt is not fun! I don't want to lift light!! :| Good luck with your injury recovery, too.

WOW!! Pretty scary stuff! I would think going to an orthopedic might be a good idea! If you don't, at least wait until the pain goes away and then lift really light to build your shoulder back up. I am nursing an anterior deltoid injury right now and it is driving me crazy because I can't lift the weight I normally do. Good luck!

I use the Ultimate Nutrition whey supreme as a mixer and its fine. I think its best to take a "neutral flavour"like vanilla, but its fine.

Ooh, yeah, Montana . . . that would be hard since you'd you have to travel far to do any shows. I guess I shouldn't be complaining. I did find some shows in Orange County, so that's good. I'm not sure about the bloating from my creatine. I do know it causes me bloat right after I take so I don't take it before the gym. I guess it's not so bad to gain some weight . . . I am bulking. :)

I don't know about you, but when I switched to a new creatine I got bloated like you would not beleive. I think the creatine was working so hard at trying to pull water into mu muscles that it may have just stuck. The first week I started on creatine I put on about 5 pounds of which probably 3 was water. I don't know if the same thing goes for you.

Good Lick finding a show to do. I live in Montana where they don't even have show, and the ones they have are set up by the gym owners who compete in them (Set Ups). I try to go to at least one show a year (Usually the Olympia), but this year I would really like to go to the Shawn Ray Colorado Pro. I guess the expo compares with the Arnold. I can never find anyone who wants to go with me either. My brother used to love bodybuilding, but he has recently lost interest so I will probably be flying solo too.

dont worry about feeling like a man you look good keep on keepin on. you are sayin you wanna keep bulking but losing fat. dont over kill on the cardio 30min is plenty any more you could start burning muscle. i am tryin to do the same thing you are lose fat but bulk up at the same time. i dont get any chance to do cardio cause i am in iraq and i know that will help when i get back. but i am doing fine with gaining mass and suprisingly i still feel lean but i can tell i am getting bigger. what other kinda leg workouts do you do. there is nothing wrong with big strong legs they should be alot stronger than upper body its a huge muscle group. keep up with the heavy weight. i love working legs im no personal trainer but i can share with you what i know if you would like.
