Experiments
So I got a little help from a guy who owns a nutrition store by my work and he pretty much laid out a whole plan for me. We’ll see how it goes; so far it’s been good. I finally opened my wallet and invested in some supplements. I’m kinda living in a dream world where I’m hoping some drastic change is going to happen in two weeks . . . I have to be kidding myself, but I will be happy with ANY kind of change. I’m eating around 140-150 grams of protein a day, watching the carbs, and letting myself have a cheat day (or a day and half) once a week. I was confused about calories - how many did I need to gain, but not gain too much fat - but now I think I’ve found that 1800-2000 does the trick. Plus, I’m doing cardio 4-5 d/wk. Put the muscle on, take off some fat, and lean it all out starting May. That’s my goal. Oh! I ordered a figure video, too! Seriously, if I can get my body to look right, I think I could rock that stage! Being a dancer I just LOVE being on stage and I just can’t wait to get up there! I just have a lot of work and dieting to do. Gosh darn! Donughts at school are killers! My weakness! And they arrive once a week!I see the pink box and I just can’t resist. Other than that downfall and one cheat day, I’m doing pretty well with the diet. I love that our kitchen has no "bad" or processed food in it. When I get a night craving, the worst I can do is a rice cake!
I’m headed to the gym right now to do chest & triceps since I didn’t make it all days this week. I do incline bench, pullovers (?), various pushups, dumbell presses, machine presses, and flys on whatever station I can get, although I prefer cables. For triceps I do overhead presses, dips, v-bar press-downs, cable rope pull-downs, and kickbacks. I may have invented some of my own names there :).
ALso, I’m pleased with my new pictures, but mad cuz I look so much better in the gym! I get so pumped up at the gym seeing my body respond, but then the bubble bursts at home and I feel like I must have been seeing things in the gym!
I hope these "experiments" work!

I understand what you mean about looking different at the gym! Your pictures, by the way, are very good! Well, the red eye option could have helped a little! LOL!! It looks like you have a nice lat spread and your thighs are looking muscular! Keep up the hard work. I know you have a full schedule with school so if you think about it, your results are amazing thus far!
