CELLULITE

Some one please tell me how to get rid of cellulite!!!  Last time I asked about abs…some nice people (dear friends) out there told me it is my food intake that matters.  So now you good people , come on…I wanna be rid of cellulite…if it is possible at all!! Is it cardio, cardio & cardio???

    Cardio definitly has it’s place,but also,you have to build up the muscle to smooth out the skin.

    Ms Rock is right. You have to balance fat loss and muscle growth. And the most important element is time. Don’t be so impatient Linda. As you build muscle you’ll burn more fat and as you burn more fat you’ll see those areas smooth out.

    Lift, do cardio, cut out any bad food. My philosophy is, if it isn’t good for you don’t eat it, so there goes icecream, donuts cookies, pizza most fast food. Cut the carbs. Get a few carbs in the morning and the rest of the day do without. Eat checken, fish, broccoli, tomatoes, etc.

    Glad to se you motivation is up!
