			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have managed to cut back on my cheat foods and get into the gym despite feeling tired and week.  Although I did not push myself too hard on my lifts (not wanting to injure myself) I lifted moderate to heavy.  I am feeling much stronger today. i cant wait to get to the gym tomorrow it&#8217;s my pull day (see my workout program).   On my last pull day I dumbbell curled 50 pounds for 10 reps.
