Well, this is my first bodyblog. Woke up this morning around 12 pm. That part sucked. Went to my gym around 1230. Did 35 minutes of cardio (which is a big accomplishment for me, since i never do cardio) on the treadmill at 3.5 mph and on an incline of 6. Plus a ran a total of 7 minutes, and got my heart rate up to 186. After, I did abs. reverse crunches on a bench, weighted situps, 10 lbs. Weighted sidebends, 25lbs. Went home had a protein shake, 30 grams.
Went back to the gym around 530. worked legs. I did hip adduction and abductor. I got up to 165 lbs. Most for me yet. Donkey calf raises I actually did 450 lbs. Which is crazy for me. And another first for me, I did 230 lbs on the plate leg press. Wow, that was hard, but I’m glad I did it.

Well, today was my back day. This morning, i woke up at 730, went to the gym and I did a barbell upright row, widegrip lat pulldown, V-bar Lat pulldown, bentover barbell row, seated cable rows and left off with lower back extensions. Went to work got off at 7 and went right back in for abs and cardio. I think today was a good day…except for work
