New supps
Sold all my supplements to my friends so i could get new stuff haha. I bought a bottle of Fubar by Fusion and a tub of White Flood by Controlled Labs. Took white flood for the first time last night before chest and was quite impressed with it. I had great focus all workout, the pump i got was scary, plus it seemed to raise my body heat a little bit, which i didn’t mind. I am going to do shoulders today and upped the white flood to 1.5 scoops. I will keep you updated!
