dieting
August 3, 2008when i was boxing last fall i was on a strick 12 week protein diet which i stuck to as closely as possible with my schedule and saw results. now that i’m no longer boxing i still remain somewhat active in my daily routine. i’ve done the math and will have to consume 1300C a day to lose the weight. my only concern is i’m lacking the knowledge of appropriate diet foods. if anyone has suggestions or motivation for helping me trim down please post. thanks ya’ll
