Sunday, April 20th, 2008Today was a OK lazy day…Was riding almost all day:(
Still need to eat this eating out under control!
UGH!! I know it bad:((
Workouts have been great this week i have been really pushing it with my new workout’s.
Saturday was free day and oh ya i took it ate out most of the day!
But today i felt like a big cow.Tired on some clothes at the store and tummy was looking huge…WTF?
I know it’s not tiny and stuff butt DAMNNN looked like i was five months pregnant.Water intake was bad i drunk only 1 gallon this whole weekend.
Also was chatting with k-chuzzle on bb Yesterday and he was helping me out with some tips and stuff said"If you get lean easily, use the stair master on a strength setting.fast."I said what if i don’t have a stair master? He said well jump rope Start for 5 then 10,15 and then work up to 20 min. of jump roping…Also said "However, you may want to jump rope or act like you are jumping rope and add front to back, side to side, high knee running fast, and jumping as high as you can 10 times then back to regular jumping….Yes, all without a rope:-) Get a good exercise bra…lol" This dude is a fitness model/trainer so i for sure he knows his stuff:D Plus has a Super rocking body:P
