Wednesday, November 19th, 2008Today’s workout was off the chain i started a new program and get days off? WTF?
Oh well i know body needs rest to grow but DAYUM i love the gym (Working out)…
Eating has been clean just have been slow with meals so far i have had only 5 (11:17)meals one more to go!
Gonna i have weak up during the night to get that last meal in!!BSN Shake)
I’m on a Mission;)
Water intake has also be weak need to work on that too!! Already night night folks going hit the sheets:)
