Thursday, June 26th, 2008Today eating has been super i have been pushing in all my eats:) Lots of clean food and water going through this body:P
I weighed and had my body fat done yesterday….Weight is down to 102.5 and body fat is down also 18.85..I know i still have along way to go…But was somewhat happy knowing bf id down although i don’t like my weight going down:((
I noticed that the short class does rally good when the ladies come in around 105-115..That was what i am hoping to get to…
Pictures i took some for my trainer….I looked a straight mess…She said
"Looked at your pics….GIRL…I NEED you to start standing nice and tall. Shoulders back…chin up with your chest high. Pull in your abs. You need to practice this everyday. "
WOW!!! realty check i started practicing posing today for a bit:)
So i took new ones today look good feel like my tummy is getting back down..BUT midsection still SUCKS!!
Off to find some cooking ideas for meats!!! Dry A$$ stuff…ugh I HATE FOOD!! Right now…lol
