Goals for today…Cause i have been a slacker:(
Having moms move in this week has me jacked:)
I have been eating clean but have not been doing workout right.
I going toGet back with the program and wake up early and do my thing.
1. Eat right!
2.Workout early
3.Plan meals
Workout is done!
I did weights and cardio mixed 30min. treadmill,Jumping squats and walking lunges done today in the Am. Worked on Shoulders,Back and Abs Today…
So far i great day:)
