Workouts today have been…

Great Got up early this morning and did cardio for one hour.
Sweating like crazy.While i was doing cardio Princesa was upstairs with the dog and broke a hundred dollar lamp.UGH! Kids what can i tell ya there aways into something.But with all that going on i still finished my workout and then some extra.I worked on biceps,back,abs and legs. Then during the PM i did my new workout Chest and abs.I’m so happy about the new training I’m gonna do:) Ready to get slimmer and buff all at the same time. Wish me luck.

Nutrition Shake recipes from the body for life book.

Chocolate peanut butter blend
12 oz cold water

1-pack chocolate myoplex lite

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

6- ice cubes

Cappuccino strength

12 oz cold water

1 pack vanilla myoplex

1/4 tsp cinnamon,Divided

6 ice cubes

Sparking Orange..

12 oz Diet orange soda

6 oz light fat-free orange-Flavored yogurt

1 scoop(About 24 grams of protein)Vanilla protein powder (Whey or soy)

1/2 orange peeled

6 ice cubes

Cookies and cream..

12 oz cold water

1 pack Myoplex lite

1/4 cup cool whip lite

6 ice cubes

3 chocolate wafer cookies

Pina Colada

12 oz cold water

1pack vanilla myoplex lite

1/2 unsweetened pineapple chunks

1/4 coconut extract

6 ice cubes

OK! IT’s cold as SH@T outside and this is great with some hot coffee or tea.

Protein Pumpkin bread…

1 cup rolled oats (blended in food processor or blender until fine)

4 scoops vanilla whey proten powder

2 T baking powder

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A few shakes of nutmeg

2/3 cup splenda

1 1/2 cups plain canned pumpkin

1/2 cup fat free sour cream

1 cup light soy milk

4 egg whites

Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients all at once and mix until well blended. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I bake mine for 27 minutes and it comes out perfect, so just watch it. The top will come out a much darker shade of brown and will look a bit dry, but it’s not. I let mine cool overnight in the fridge and keep it stored in the fridge for about a week. I cut it into 6 servings and according to the ingredients I use, it comes out to about 200 calories per serving and 20ish grams of both carbs and protein.

WOW! Body Measurements look better then i thought.While on my break i have been eating clean and also still doing workouts but not as hard core.On this Challenge i plan out to lean out some and lose some much need bf. Goals… 1.Eat Clean at least five times a day. 2.Get in workout in early.Instead of waiting till midnight:D 3.Get Mid section measurements down I want a 20inch waist and not really worried about hip measurements. 4.Get cardio in everyday a least 20 min per day. 5.Up the weights! 6. Stop eating out so much only one time per week. 7.Take a free day.If I’m good all week only:( 8. I want my bf to go down to 13%.

YES!!!!! My clothes are fitting big! My jeans fit big….Going back to size 3/4 and 0’s. Also the black swim suit bottom is big i can tell on my last pictures:)

Today i started a new Challenge and workout plan. I’m now doing the total body workout also Ab boot camp along with cardio:)I was very good today… Workout got done early! Also did 30 mins Ate five clean meals and took supplements. I need to stay on track!!
