Today eating was slow again! Only three meals in so far! Work out today UBWO Doing it Body for life Way:) Toke supplements today also!  reps 12,10,8,6,12. Going to get i some cardio in too!

lunges- 50 times

leg extensions-5×5 65

dumbbell flyes- 5×5

latpull downs-5×5

db curls- 5×5

S.deadlifts-65×10 75×10 75×10

Military press-5×5

knee pull ups 10

barbell rows - 3×10

WoW i upped the weight on squats.

Tomorrow going to work on cardio and abs.

Eating has been good today with no cheats:)

Supplements today…No shot gun! yuck!! and muscle milk.

Today was a great day with eating all six meals and workouts.

LBWO and some pushups trying to build arms and knee ups. Cardio 30mins with high incline.

Tomorrow refeed day!

Today’s Workout…

A.M Cardio for only 15 min. Also worked on Abs.

Back Squats- 3×8 115 - 145 125

Close Stance Squats- 2×15  125 125

Dead lifts-3×8 70-70-70

Le curls- 5×5 60

clave raise Standing- 4×15 125 115 115 115

Steaded clave raises- 4×15 70 lbs.

**10-pull ups**

**10- Crunches*

**50-Walking lunges**

Freaking neck ! thinking i might have sprained it  today!I was so sleeping doing workout i toke a strong pain pill.So it makes me super sleepy!

P.M Cardio 15 min. Still go to do:D

Abs Crunch 3sets 35,35,35 slow and controlled Hanging knee raise 3sets 15,15,15, Obliques machine(aka love handles) 3sets each side 15,15,15, With 25lbs weight:)My hands hurt:P Freaking Hanging knee raises:((

HEAVY ARMS AND SHOULDERS, LIGHT CHEST AND BACK: military press 3×8,44~39~39 3 min rest in between sets front dumbbell raise 4×6 1st one wit barbell 39 lbs. x8 3×30 with 30 sec rest in between sets

close grip bench(for triceps): 3×8, 8×45 6×45 2×50   3 min rest inbetween sets

cable rows: 5×5 with (50lbs)30 sec rest in between sets

drag curls:3×8 8×24~8×39 8~39   with 3 min rest in between sets

side dumbbell raise:4×6 (20lbs) with 3 min rest in between sets

***Extra**  Shoulder pulldowns-> 12×25 10×25 light weight.

Reverse pulldowns (back) 12×25 10×25

Widegrip pulldowns-> 12×25 10×25

Standing calves R.-> "Sandra told me this works Great"  With lite weight i did 50 reps with 40 lbs.

also Squats -> 40×50

Today’s workout could have been better! But being i haven’t been eating all my meals here lately I’m not feeling strong:(

Need to work on that!

Have to doing carb cycling for three days! Today is re feed day! Trying to get rid of some of that bulk.Yesterday was not a good day for me missed workout.I was to weak to lift anything only had two meals:( But I’m going to get workout done today! And make the best of it!!
