HEAVY ARMS AND SHOULDERS, LIGHT CHEST AND BACK: military press 3×8,44~39~39 3 min rest in between sets front dumbbell raise 4×6 1st one wit barbell 39 lbs. x8 3×30 with 30 sec rest in between sets
close grip bench(for triceps): 3×8, 8×45 6×45 2×50 3 min rest inbetween sets
cable rows: 5×5 with (50lbs)30 sec rest in between sets
drag curls:3×8 8×24~8×39 8~39 with 3 min rest in between sets
side dumbbell raise:4×6 (20lbs) with 3 min rest in between sets
***Extra** Shoulder pulldowns-> 12×25 10×25 light weight.
Reverse pulldowns (back) 12×25 10×25
Widegrip pulldowns-> 12×25 10×25
Standing calves R.-> "Sandra told me this works Great" With lite weight i did 50 reps with 40 lbs.
also Squats -> 40×50
Today’s workout could have been better! But being i haven’t been eating all my meals here lately I’m not feeling strong:(
