OK, heres my workout today UBWO Chest-Barball bench press 8/8/10x 30 2×40/lbs.dumbell flyes 12/10/10×20 not working to much on the chest.Back wide grip pulldowns 2×40 lbs 12×50 10×50 8×50 15×40 12×40 reverse pull downs 20×40 15×40 10×50 10×50 6×50 shoulders- ext.pull downs 5×50 12×40 10×40 12×40 20×30 standing barbell press 10×34 8×24 Triceps-barbell ext.12×24 10×24 10×20 8×20 6×20 bench dips 20×15x18×10x10 Biceps- Standing barbell curls 20×24 16×24 10×24 Hammer curls 12×20 10×8.*Mini Challenge* Jumping jacks 26 side legs lifts 15 each side.Sissy squats 65.I think i need to split up the UBWO cause i feel i could do better by the time i got down to triceps/biceps i was so freaking weak.YES! I got all six meals in today and they where all clean. Back on track to kick my own A$$.he he

    Lite chest/ heavy back/Shoulders/Abs/cardio

    Bench press-> 3×8 20×8-24×8 24×8

    Dumbbell fly->5×5 20×5 times!

    barbell rows ->3×8 24×8 34×8 39×8

    lat pulldowns -> 5×5 20×5 times with 30 sec rest

    Dumbbell curls-> 5×5 20×5 times with 30 sec rest

    skull krusher damnn i forgot to do this one. ugh!

    wide grip puldowns 3×8 weight 40 lbs.

    reverse pulldowns 3×8 wieght 40 lbs.

    Jump rope ->139 times

    ball sit ups-> 10 times

    ball bent knee crunches-> 10 times

    floor crunches->50

    and 5 min power walking on the ole deadmill. lol

    Meals Man i only got in 4 today.But i did take all supplements.Need to work on water intake:(
