Right now as many of you know, I'm prepping for my 1st figure show.
After my mothers passing in June 2010 I felt like me and sis needed to step our fitness level up.
I'm doing SHOW IS FOR MOM most of all..When i get weak and don't feel like i can do this a think of mom.By god we are her Thorpe daughters!! Â Mom always supported us in our Passion for this sport. We came to realize that if we wanted to bring in the our best packages to the sport we both love some much we would have to get focus, So we both joined team bombshell one of the best trainers out there So here am 2 week out wish mom was here with me

So here it go'sStarted painting on the pro tan was going to do the spray on tanner but trainers from the gym whom do BB suggested to do paint on tanning ! Even give me the tanner to use
Friday We left to Alabama at 3:00pm headed to the room then later at 6:00 had to go check in.I felt so out of place at the check it people were walking around getting the spray tanner on and weighing in.Lucky for me a had sis and husband in the same room...At check in i got a cool tee shirt I'm not crazy about it but DH loves it. Also a box of supplements was waiting on me with my name on it. I also still had to get my NPC card got it there.Oh and a other coat ofthat night!
Saturday I was BUSY woke up got in a shower and a other coat of tan.
Had to rush DH to hurry to put the pro tan on i was feeling wired so he Rushed out in got me some food!!After i ate i got all dolled up and headed for the meet before prejudging. There they went over details on how the day was going to play out and how posing was going to go for figure and bikini. Got are Numbers and a otherbag.Small show all 66 Competitors.
Then we were sent to the back to get ready i wore my suit to the place all i had to do is put on thebite and eat.
So freakingall day long only with foods...
Ati was ready to do my thing but Still very nervous about getting on stage...Seemed waiting in the back seemed forever! Although i was chatting and cutting up with the girls i still have the whole oh i going on stage today.
Bikini was the last to be called up forjudging..UGH!! And I was 1st to get on stage out of my group.Crap!!!!There was only 6/7? Of us.And I was the only one in my class A .
Finally we were on i was UP the guys back on stage were asking me are you ready are youi told YES!! They let us know that me and and the only girl in class B were going up.We all thought that being it was a small show they were classes. ? ...
So the guy says Your up! So i took a deep breath andto look at the judges and SMILE and pose like they told us!!The Head Judge Kept looking at me more then the others? After i got off the stage i thinking holy smokes THANK YOU GOD!!! For being with me out there!! I felt so good about my self! hit my goal to go on that stage!! WOOT!!
OKwas over at 1:30 i was so freaking and went to got me a ...YUMMY I only took very little sips of drink. Went back to the room rested for a while ate more bowel movements where kicking in which was AWESOME cause i felt bloated on . maybe a little to much info.. OK so cleaned up some and got pimped up again for the night show.
So at the night show the bikini class was called up earlier this time.We went out posed then got sent back.Still nowere give out...I was what was going on being all the other shows the 2 time around on sage got got the and was done..NOT at this show..HA!! Like they knew i needed stage time:P
In the mean while i was back stage waiting around eating(Candy bar-
The back stage guys told me that i would go out my self pose then receive my Thorpe then walk back stage again.So i did Got 1st place was the only one in my class I i looked better but was disappointed that i was not hitting the poses like i would like to my legs were stiff and i was trying to smile big and just get out of my WTH?
Then the other ladies wet out came back.We all set aredown then went back out all classes in So then we all had to go back on stage one by one do a thing ( ) then stand to the side SMILING.Called all of us out to the middle and did more posing then the head judge says OK Ladies time for a pose down..OH SNAP!! Most of us were looking like holy molly!! So i did my thing.Felt i should have did better at pose down. But DH says i did GREAT!! For my 1st time on stage! The lady who got overall in bikini looked Awesome Class B chick got it!!
After all that was over i went back stage we allthen i got my stuff and met up with my family my oldest and girls, ,sis and DH were all waiting for me.Ready to take pictures so proud of me.. i tells you!!
Then i went for the judges to ask what i need to work on:D I told one of the judgeslet me have it i thought he was going to says well fatty come in more lean.. So he asked him what was my number i said 41 seen him look down at his sheet read OK you shouldn't were a suit that brings eyes to your hips.Crap!! He had a point the suit did make my hips look like the widest part on my body...Live and learn. Sandra was with me and me and her agreed we didn't even think about that when looking for the last suit.UGH!! Also said i needed to smile MORE. That's it !!
Lot of you arewhat did she eat after the show...Lucky for me a rest. Was still open and i got and Salsa order food but just wanted chips and salsa and Drink!!

Weekend always SUCK!! Ok So I'm 3 weeks out this SAT and ....
This is how my crazy weekend went...
Friday night was date night went out to eat with Sis,BIL and DH Only had a (Long Horns)side salad with ONLY greens.
Then Saturday spent almost all day at home doing house work but Sat.Night we all went out to Hooters and watched the fight:D Again Only a side salad i had my fish to put on top of it
Sunday went to dads house that man is really trying to make to eat!!~Yummy ~~ CRAP~ All the family and i went to the Chinese buffet and i ONLY had Hot tea and water!!
That's it no cheats!! (Proud of my self) my evil baby bro (14yr old) was tasting me with the food..WTF is wrong with him lucky he didn't get JACKED...BLAH!!
And Monday i stayed in the bed till 2pm YES I DID!! Only got up when i had to go to the bathroom..**** i have been tired!! Didn't even make it to the gym! Missed a few meals this weekend.Weight is up some only .5 a lb .Not looking back over all i think i did Good this week being all the temptations.
Oh and we went to the lake and on the way DH go's to Burger king...UGH!! OK here i was a little bad told him to give me one of the pickles off his Hugh double whopper.
****ght so got my act together today.Eating is all good meals are on track And workout is done still have to make up some cardio! Sometime this week!! I will get it in promise.
OK ladies I'm need some help tips the down low..
I'm currently prepping for a NPC bikini show and need to know somefrom whom have done or getting ready to do this class!
I was training for figure last year..But stopped cause i didn't have enough mass plus body type takes for ever to build( Just got skinny/lean at 6 weeks out... But then NPC came out with bikini and think it's more me right now! I feel like i don't have enough mass to go up against the figure girls YET!Stage Presence um this will be me 1st time on a stage:O
Wondering about the posing ??If someone could post a video for posing that would awesome!!
I Do have some videos already posted on my page but would like to see how others do:D I'm curios to see how long the turns are or do the judges tell you when to face side/back/front?
I see some girls use a figure suits and some bikinis whats up with that? Like theshow the short class gal was in a bikini and the over all in a figure? Although i like the figures suits BETTER for the stage

NPC BIKINI DIVISION
* Each competitor must be a member of the NPC.
SANCTIONING A BIKINI DIVISION EVENT
* An NPC BIKINI CHAMPIONSHIPS must be run along with another NPC division i.e. Bodybuilding, fitness or figure contest.
* All height classes and awards must be awarded as advertised on the entry form.
* Height classes may not be combined on the day of the show and this cannot be advertised as a possibility.
* Cash awards are not permitted.
* BIKINI Division competitors will be checked in and measured the same as Fitness and Figure competitors.
HEIGHT CLASSES ? For Pro qualifying event
* Up to and including 5?1?
* Over 5?1? and up to and including 5?2-1/2?
* Over 5?2-1/2? and up to and including 5?4?
* Over 5?4? and up to and including 5?5-1/2
* Over 5?5-1/2? and up to and including 5?7?

If promoter chooses to do fewer height classes:
For all contests with two (2) classes:

* Competitors will walk onstage alone and perform their Model Walk (personal preference)
* The Model Walk consists of the following:
Walk to the center of the stage, stop and do a front stance then a full turn and do a rear stance then turn to the front again in front of the judges and then proceed to the side of the stage.
Comparison Round, Two-Piece Swimsuit
* Competitors will be judged wearing a two-piece swimsuit and heels.
* The competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do a full front and rear stance.
* Judges will have the opportunity to compare competitors against each other in half turns. (No side judging permitted, front and back only.)
* Judges will be scoring competitors on the following items:
o Balance and Shape
o Overall physical appearance including complexion, skin tone, poise and overall presentation.
QUALIFYING FOR NATIONAL LEVEL EVENTS
* For the year 2009 only, there will be no qualification necessary to enter National Bikini competitions.
* The following placings will qualify competitors for one year for the NPC national level Bikini contests:
o Top 5 places in each class at National Qualifying events only.

Today's workout was off the chain i started a new program and get days off? WTF?
Oh well i know body needs rest to grow but DAYUM i love the gym (Working out)...
Eating has been clean just have been slow with meals so far i have had only 5 (11:17)meals one more to go!

After talking and thinking it really hard i decided not to do a show this year...
I have come to realize I'm going to lose to much for the stage.So with this said I'm going back into bulk mode (Clean) This time going to do this about six months to build beautiful muscles And would like to stay lean while building more mass.. I glad i did go through with this expricence this last six weeks Cause i do have more mass aswell lower body fat..Which was harder getting down then i thought..hehe Thanks to my trainer i have been staying povitive She keeps it real and love to her training me! Also My sister Sandra will still be doing a show just not sure which one yet...
So I will be working (Lifting) Heavy to build some more mass...It's time to get BUFF and not skinny fat...
Today eating has been super i have been pushing in all my eats Lots of clean food and water going through this body:P
I weighed and had my body fat done yesterday....Weight is down to 102.5 and body fat is down also 18.85..I know i still have along way to go...But was somewhat happy knowing bf id down although i don't like my weight going down(
I noticed that the short class does rally good when the ladies come in around 105-115..That was what i am hoping to get to...
Pictures i took some for my trainer....I looked a straight mess...She said
"Looked at your pics....GIRL...I NEED you to start standing nice and tall. Shoulders back...chin up with your chest high. Pull in your abs. You need to practice this everyday. "

So i took new ones today look good feel like my tummy is getting back down..BUT midsection still SUCKS!!

Trying to put on some weight before diet starts...
I got my date's Confused and was thinking i was 13 weeks out last Sat..But really 13 weeks out today!!
Next Saturday i will start dieting down so one more week of as my trainer calls it "Fun eating".
I justed jumped on the scale and it reads 108.5. pfft I wish...Hope it's not playing with me i would love to start dieting at 105-115..And come in at that weight with lean clean mass Hey i diva can wish RIGHT!!
Also got in my hooker heels in yesterday.
Got them from the Diva Exchange (Cause I'm on a tight budget)
And they are 9 stones missing I really wish the seller would have noted this on her listing)It is a quick fix but damn could have say something about it!
I cleaned them up and when i add the missing stone there going to be fine

Hello Everyone..Has many of you know i will be doing my First NPC show this year...
Yes it's time to get my booty on stage!
I have to over come this fear i have had since a little girl of getting up in front of folks...Stage fright
Hoping to build more mass and push my limits this is a goal i will complete...
Lots of friends have told me they were waiting for me to make this move and said "It's about time!"
So here I'm doing my thing getting ready ...I'm 13 weeks out today and will getting my plan at 12 weeks..
Currently i have been working on bulking...(Trainer orders)
Also I have not been doing cardio only lifting heaver
So far I'm up to 102...Hoping to get up to 110 before i start the plan...
So does anybody have suggestions on what i should be eating to bulk me up fast?
I need eight or more pounds in one week!!

****ght I'm back from the gym and it was Super! At first it was kind of busy..But after class me and Sandra were running around checking on the stuff and weights they have...It was like letting us lose at a candy store:P
Then I got my butt over in the weights side the guys were looking at me like way crazy:D haha
I got a super workout in but then Princesa started to cry cause my sister left and she much have thought that i left with her.I wish she would have took her.So i could get my workout caught up! But i guess tomorrow is a other day I Worked out for two and a half hours! Didn't realize i was in there so long next time i will have to pay attention to the clock!!

Workouts have been great this week i have been really pushing it with my new workout's.
Saturday was free day and oh ya i took it ate out most of the day!
But today i felt like a big cow.Tired on some clothes at the store and tummy was looking huge...WTF?
I know it's not tiny and stuff butt DAMNNN looked like i was five months pregnant.Water intake was bad i drunk only 1 gallon this whole weekend.
Also was chatting with k-chuzzle on bb Yesterday and he was helping me out with some tips and stuff said"If you get lean easily, use the stair master on a strength setting.fast."I said what if i don't have a stair master? He said well jump rope Start for 5 then 10,15 and then work up to 20 min. of jump roping...Also said "However, you may want to jump rope or act like you are jumping rope and add front to back, side to side, high knee running fast, and jumping as high as you can 10 times then back to regular jumping....Yes, all without a rope Get a good exercise bra...lol" This dude is a fitness model/trainer so i for sure he knows his stuff:D Plus has a Super rocking body:P
