I totally agree with most of your &amp;amp;#34;greviances&amp;amp;#34; but over the years i've just learned how to get by.

When I see someone doing something &amp;amp;#34;stupid..&amp;amp;#34; the first thing I do is look at their body. From the hardcore bodybuilder,fitness competitor, or senior citizen people who are serious their bodies show it and those who aren't show it as well.

Some of these folks just don't know any better others are just tasteless(cell phone people...) I've done things like switch my workouts. I used to do chest on Mon. but due to the volume and sillyness. I changed my Mon to legs and I have the squat rack all to myself I also try to go early and this avoids a lot of confusion.

My latest rant is the damn leg press. I don't know how many times I see people put 7 plates on both sides then use the smallest range of motion I've ever seen.

I saw one guy put 7 or 8 plates on each side of the leg press and as I looked at him confused he replied &amp;amp;#34;You gotta go heavy for big legs...&amp;amp;#34; I then noticed his legs looked like two baseball bats. He unracks the weight and begins his set. He does about 6 reps but his range of motion was only 3 or 4 inches.

I can guess his range of motion in other &amp;amp;#34;activities...&amp;amp;#34; is only 3 - 4 inches as well--Ha!Ha! I just shook my head and walked away this guy had the nerve to leave the weight on the machine and walk away.

My ultimate goal is to finish on my home gym 
but until then you just have to be very focused. Polite but very focused.

I would like to say that (unfortunately) there are days when a girl shows up at the gym in something form fitting, that regardless of how hard I try, there's no stopping my eyes from taking a peek here and a peek there....Sorry!</description>

the people i see on the recline bikes, reading OK magazine with NO resistance a cadence so low you need to count it with a calendar

					<description>i always do that.... i do almost 2 hours of cardio PER DAY... so without the TV or a book.... i'm ready to shoot myself! There is only so much an iPod can do... especially when I have homework. During the semester I always climb stairs with a chem textbook or something... helps pass the time AND you're getting some studying done...

now when you start reading a novel between sets when you LIFT... that's a different story.... 

i will tell you all about the man readng the wall street journal while comfortably laying in the leg press later.... time to go do some cardio....</description>
