i am surprised
i am surprised no one reads my blogs lol, anyways I have absolutely terrific news, i went from 31% body fat in Aug.07 to 15% March 08 what is that 7months, and 32 pounds later, I am almost a hard body all over, I would expect that maybe 3-6 more percent body fat and I would be absolutely ripped.
I think more than 4 more weeks would be needed, however, no more missing workouts like i did today!! Excuses, or out of necessity, responsiblilities? Shooting for two weight workouts tomorrow along with as much cardio as I can do!!
Heres to my coach, Terry Stokes, www.hardbodyfigure.com, awesome methods of training for women!!

No one reads mine either, but in my case it’s probably because they’re neither informative or interesting…LOL
Congrats on your progress! I know it has been alot of hard work, but keep it up!

Hey - Great work! It’s so much fun watching your physique change. Keep up the great work & don’t feel bad, hardly anyone ever answers my blogs either!

Hello Kelley, I quit writing blogs because I know its not interesting to others. Most of mine were what I ate for my own use. I do look at alot of progress pictures and like to see how others are progressing. It takes alot of time to use this site. I still like it here and enjoy reading about my friends. Catch you later, Friends, Bruce

Congrats! That is an AMAZING body fat% lost–I don’t think I’ve heard of anyone losing that quickly–you are awesome! Keep it up–you will definitely reach that goal soon!

Hey Kell - The point of the blog is to get out what you need to say and move past it. You feel better when you write. You have done amazing this season and I am so proud to have been training next to you.
You’ll get on stage soon and I promise I will be there to help you make it the extra mile. Congratulations on how far you’e come and set those suits aside lady. The stage is waiting for you…
P.S. Mastering the diet is the worst. I am still only about 90% there! Everyone’s human… It’s just all about getting back on when you fall off. Perseverence.
