feeling really good
i actually am feeling better about my body and i am hopeful that all will be well in four weeks, I have one trouble spot and if I can tighten that up and lose that body fat, I will be absolutly amazed, I will step on stage confident and I will do well at least for my first show I wouldn’t except to win overall or place first but I do plan on doing good.
workouts are up to two a day and cardio is at least 90 minutes or more, consistent, not always, diet is about 85% perfect on most days!! I don’t eat after 6 unless absolutely necessary, still have 4 weeks but will that be enough? Might have to wait for a further out show.
I plan to spend summer working somewhere lol and building every muscle I have especially my legs!!
