i am surprised

i am surprised no one reads my blogs lol, anyways I have absolutely terrific news, i went from 31% body fat in Aug.07 to 15% March 08 what is that 7months, and 32 pounds later, I am almost a hard body all over, I would expect that maybe 3-6 more percent body fat and I would be absolutely ripped.

I think more than 4 more weeks would be needed, however, no more missing workouts like i did today!! Excuses, or out of necessity, responsiblilities?  Shooting for two weight workouts tomorrow along with as much cardio as I can do!!

Perserverance is that how you spell it lol!!

What ever way you spell I got it, I will keep on coming back no matter what weather its for my own self esteem or its for a low body fat count, which ever I will be found somewhere near a gym.

I was actually thinking about redoing my basement into a gym, just by the necessary weights a treadmill, put my tv down there, buy a fitness ball and train hard. Sounds like a plan, however, what I need is the motivation, the stares at the gym, the looks, the questions, the challenge of the figure girl next to me working out just as hard or harder!!

I don’t have no idea what the next 4 weeks will bring, I really need to have God remove my defiant attitude when it comes to do things the way I want to do them with this diet, and I think as long as I do my part and stay away from the DARN cookies I will be alright.

I guess I am not stressing because I really think I am going to do this for another year and see what happens to my body!! I don’t want to go into body building at all but I do want a tighter body.

This is going to take some time!

Well I figured I had better just sign up for another six months and buy my suits and forget about April, I just needed my comfort food, this winter really sucks, I lost my focus during superbowl sunday and I haven’t been able to get it back.

I love the fact that I lost 25 pounds and built some great looking muscle, losing the body fat is TOUGH! I have learned alot about this sport and myself.

Hopefully, my trainer will understand and I know that its tough for me to admit that I just wasn’t ready for this in April, I think maybe I could be ready for another time. I wanted to be, I do try, but the winter months are TOUGH! Of course, so could summer months, its a mind set and I give it to those that can remain focused and love this sport enough to SACRIFICE, food, family and friends, I want it all! Not just a moment on stage! I want good food, healthy relationships, and quality time with my family and friends.

I want to be healthy, I want my daughter to be healthy, we are, thanks for the help Terry you have been awesome! Getting away from those poor eating habits

feeling really good

 i actually am feeling better about my body and i am hopeful that all will be well in four weeks, I have one trouble spot and if I can tighten that up and lose that body fat, I will be absolutly amazed, I will step on stage confident and I will do well at least for my first show I wouldn’t except to win overall or place first but I do plan on doing good.

workouts are up to two a day and cardio is at least 90 minutes or more, consistent, not always, diet is about 85% perfect on most days!! I don’t eat after 6 unless absolutely necessary, still have 4 weeks but will that be enough? Might have to wait for a further out show.

I plan to spend summer working somewhere lol and building every muscle I have especially my legs!!
