WOW, Only 2 ounces away from goal lol, tomorrow I will have someone at the gym take my bf, its probably lower than 15 now!!, I am starting to see my leg muscles thats an awesome feeling, since my legs were always my worst feature, especially my upper legs!

Well I am glad that my thinking about how i eat and what i eat has changed, i have worked hard to build what i have and lose what i did, do you really think that i would give that up? actually, i love it i feel like a whole different person. i wish everyone that bust their butt to eat clean and body build or train for competitions all the love and encouragement in the world, you guys deserve it all.!

New Trainer

12 years of experience, young started like when he was 18 and a bb show vet who did very well in his first show in 2004 placed 1st and won overall, is doing a bodybuilding show coming up in Rochester in June!, I think I will check it out!! For support.

Anyways, my legs hurt for squats and dead lifts today and my back hurt last week for the work we did, wow amazing the form is so important, for lifting!!

Dieting to tho, just trying to get rid of the weight I wanted to lose for the show this past April that I couldn’t seem to lose. So its 8 pounds to go til June 4th, my 43rd birthday!! I will look the best I have ever looked since I was about maybe what 26 myself.

I love it the training, the lifting, the lifestyle, and everything about it! Enjoy life you only live it once!!

missing motivation tho, i mean that absolute drive to do something constructive, i am maintaining and enjoy my training and cardio, its like a day without prayer I really can’t afford to do without it!! i know that drive and determination has to come within me, but a little help from up above and out there wouldn’t hurt lol!!

well it became an obsession that paid off finally!! i thought i wouldn’t be able to do it without a trainer or the support of other competitiors, however, i enjoyed it and I enjoy it!! Training that is!! I will be fine, I loved cardio to begin with, it lifted my spirits/moods and now what I have is an extra bonus, the drive to continue to keep my muscle and build more. I have  a few goals to tighten and lean out, but nothing that won’t be achieved with determination and NOW it being all about me.

i am surprised

March 13, 2008

i am surprised no one reads my blogs lol, anyways I have absolutely terrific news, i went from 31% body fat in Aug.07 to 15% March 08 what is that 7months, and 32 pounds later, I am almost a hard body all over, I would expect that maybe 3-6 more percent body fat and I would be absolutely ripped.

I think more than 4 more weeks would be needed, however, no more missing workouts like i did today!! Excuses, or out of necessity, responsiblilities?  Shooting for two weight workouts tomorrow along with as much cardio as I can do!!

Perserverance is that how you spell it lol!!

What ever way you spell I got it, I will keep on coming back no matter what weather its for my own self esteem or its for a low body fat count, which ever I will be found somewhere near a gym.

I was actually thinking about redoing my basement into a gym, just by the necessary weights a treadmill, put my tv down there, buy a fitness ball and train hard. Sounds like a plan, however, what I need is the motivation, the stares at the gym, the looks, the questions, the challenge of the figure girl next to me working out just as hard or harder!!

I don’t have no idea what the next 4 weeks will bring, I really need to have God remove my defiant attitude when it comes to do things the way I want to do them with this diet, and I think as long as I do my part and stay away from the DARN cookies I will be alright.

I guess I am not stressing because I really think I am going to do this for another year and see what happens to my body!! I don’t want to go into body building at all but I do want a tighter body.

This is going to take some time!

Well I figured I had better just sign up for another six months and buy my suits and forget about April, I just needed my comfort food, this winter really sucks, I lost my focus during superbowl sunday and I haven’t been able to get it back.

I love the fact that I lost 25 pounds and built some great looking muscle, losing the body fat is TOUGH! I have learned alot about this sport and myself.

Hopefully, my trainer will understand and I know that its tough for me to admit that I just wasn’t ready for this in April, I think maybe I could be ready for another time. I wanted to be, I do try, but the winter months are TOUGH! Of course, so could summer months, its a mind set and I give it to those that can remain focused and love this sport enough to SACRIFICE, food, family and friends, I want it all! Not just a moment on stage! I want good food, healthy relationships, and quality time with my family and friends.

I want to be healthy, I want my daughter to be healthy, we are, thanks for the help Terry you have been awesome! Getting away from those poor eating habits

feeling really good

 i actually am feeling better about my body and i am hopeful that all will be well in four weeks, I have one trouble spot and if I can tighten that up and lose that body fat, I will be absolutly amazed, I will step on stage confident and I will do well at least for my first show I wouldn’t except to win overall or place first but I do plan on doing good.

workouts are up to two a day and cardio is at least 90 minutes or more, consistent, not always, diet is about 85% perfect on most days!! I don’t eat after 6 unless absolutely necessary, still have 4 weeks but will that be enough? Might have to wait for a further out show.

I plan to spend summer working somewhere lol and building every muscle I have especially my legs!!
