I was in the same rut last 2 weeks...So I posted it on here got some advice to take a week off, and when I went into the gym last night I had a new outlook on it...I think that I had been spending some much time in the gym that when I thought about working out, it would make me feel sick. So take a week off and see how you feel next week

OK, first, I'm reading it.

Let's see, wine has anti oxidants. So the carbs are bad, but your arteries are better off (red wine is better - lay off the white [it's just grape juice with alcohol added]). Wine also messes up your insulin a little, so any fat associated with wine is probably located as belly fat, and the good news is that it goes away quickly by not drinking it for a few days.

2-3 glasses of red wine per week - the benefits outweigh the negs - unless you are an addict - then you just have to go cold turkey and switch to Welch's.

Dark Chocolate - one of the best ways to battle fat. The oils in dark chocolate actually attack body fat. HOwever, there are some conditions

You have the first one done correctly, just one or two pieces. One bar of dark chocolate should last a long time (a week or more depending on the size)

YOu want to eat the dark chocolate right before aworkout, this get's the most effect as far as attacking the body fat

Third, what brand? Never eat American dark chocolate. there is very little bean, usually 15-30% Belgian is best. 80+% bean. The flavor is over the top, you will probably only be able to eat 1 piece (1.5 cm x 3 cm) it isn't much, but after you brush your teeth the next 3 times, you can still taste it.

Finally, get off the hamster mobile (cardio) start lifting weights or using isolation machines. this will increase the metabolism, so you can burn fat while you sleep. Let's ask the question, would you rather burn fat for 40 mins on the hamster mobile, or for 8 hours while you sleep. Easy! Build muscle! (Then show us a pic of your butt- that's your reward for building a beautiful tight butt, you get to show it off)

Now get to work! lol
