Ive been getting alot of questions on my diet, so i bring you my diet>
day 1-3 low carb
day 4 high carb
Low carbohydrate day
Meal 1- 2 eggs, 3 whites, and 1/4 cup oats
Meal 2- tuna, pb, and rice cake.
Meal 3- 8 oz fish, 1/4 cup rice, and veggies.
Meal 4- whey shake
Meal 5- whey shake
Meal 6- 8 oz chicken, veggies, and apple.
Calories- 1900 Protein- 225g Carbohydrates- 65g Fats- 50g
High carbohydrate day
Meal 1- 2 eggs, 3 whites, 1/2 cup oats and 2 piece bread
Meal 2- tuna, pb, 3/4 cup oats.
Meal 3- 6 oz fish, 1 cup rice, and veggies.
Meal 4- whey shake and 1/2 cup oats
Meal 5- whey shake
Meal 6- 6 oz chicken, 1/2 cup oats, veggies and apple.
Calories- 2350 Protein- 185g Carbohydrates- 235g Fats- 50g
