It is my first day back at the gym after roughly six months… I had to take some time off at the gym due to a shoulder injury, but now I’m back and ready to hit it harder than ever… this week I may just take it a little easy since I will be sore for a while. After a couple weeks, I would like to get back to doing two a days… Trying to step up the cardio.
