frustration.

i am getting damn frustrated.  i really am starting to feel like a need a personal trainer to answer all my random questions i come up with and to remind me what im doing is working? i am falling into my same pattern of messing up because i don’t know the answers.  i have no idea why i do this… it is so frustrating…. ughhhhhhhhhh.  being a student is a very lame deal, because there is no way you can afford one.  aren’t there any free personal trainers out there? there should be. :(

I’m not sure about free but there is a wealth of knowledge on bodybuilding.com you can chalk it up to two things.

    Diet and Exercise. Thats it.

Read books. Note that I stress read because you don’t have to buy if there is a library anywhere in your area. I just finished the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encylcopedia to Bodybuilding and am currently reading Nutrition for Dummies. I subscribe to and buy several different fitness magazines and look at articles on bodybuilding.com along with other sites and forums online. You could also just go to the source and read the same material that an A.C.E. certified trainer uses. While it is expensive, it can be more expensive then hiring on a trainer in the long run. The American Council on Exercise has tons of material for everybody.
