No idea on how to use the blog
November 15, 2009But, at this point I just need to write. This week has been ****ty to say the least. Wednesday had to get out of my cycling class because my lower back was killing me, was in there for about 25 minutes and when I got out I walked for about 15 min. Thursday I won’t up with a real bad headache, was so bad I rescheduled my training session and when I got home form work I try to sleep it off for 2 hours only to get up with the headache still here. Friday I woke up better but still had the headache and feeling a little nauseated (no, I’m not pregnant, its not even possible!). Needless to say, I didn’t go to the gym again and missed on going on Saturday as well. At least Saturday I didn’t have the headache, it just got late and I didn’t get to go. Right now I just had a stupid discussion with my husband and usually when we argue I get completely drained so I have no energy for the damn gym. I don’t feel like going at all. Was planning on doing cardio today and tomorrow and on Tuesday I’d work on resistance training w/my trainer.
Such a bad week and I was feeling pretty good. I think I’m stressing because my husband has been without a job for 2 months now and he is not qualifying for freaking unemployment yet. Another Christmas where I can’t even get little nicknacks as gifts for my niece and nephew and my husband and my dogs. Its upsetting, especially because this keeps going on and on and its getting really freaking old. Ok, I’m going to stop because I’m getting really sad and I don’t want to cry over this.
Tomorrow I’m going to have to make a few calls to see if I can find a part time job, not sure how that will affect my training but I’ve gotta do something.
Sorry for long and unhappy post, hopefully this coming week is much better.
