I have come to a realization. Like so many people before me I tried a long time to get that "six-pack". Im still trying to get it now, but sadly I know I cannot. It is because of how my body is, the most that I can get is most likely a 5-pack which is visible now. I guess thats just how my genectics is. Im not to sad about it, i never really thought I would get this lean and I did and I am very happy. I look at body builders and everyone has different kind of abs. I look at arnold and he didnt really have a full 6 pack more like a 5 pack, so if its good enough for arnold then its sure good enough for me. Oh merry xmas to everyone!!! now that all that food was eaten its time to get back into the gym..
