Training
I just started this week training for my contest and its really funny I have a family member that does strong man contests and hes training me its completely different than anything I have every went thru. Its unbelieveable how I’m having such a hard time bring a glass of water to my mouth after the training I went thru last night. Hes also having me eat more which I’m not to thrilled about. I figured I would just start running a little more. If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate them.
