I just started this week training for my contest and its really funny I have a family member that does strong man contests and hes training me its completely different than anything I have every went thru. Its unbelieveable how I’m having such a hard time bring a glass of water to my mouth after the training I went thru last night. Hes also having me eat more which I’m not to thrilled about. I figured I would just start running a little more. If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate them.

I’ve been working preatty hard. Between working a full time job and working out I now realize that I need to make time for my family and friends.
My meal plan for now looks like this,
breakfast: bran cereal, fat free skim milk and a piece of fruit
snack: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 fat free yogurt, a slice if flax seed bread, 2 oz of chicken
lunch: small portion of sweet potato, chicken and mixed vegetables
snack: chicken and sweet potato
dinner: 6 oz of tuna or salmon and vegetables.
I’m still doing a full body workout plan for the next few weeks.

I’ve been woeking preatty hard. Between working a full time job and working out I now realize that I need to make time for my family and friends.

I’m so proud of myself. I order my INBF membership so I can compete in the cardinal classic. I also went ahead and order a suit. I figured I will have it size when I’m at my final weight goal. I’m so excited about this I’ve been telling everyone so I know now I can’t back out of this because of getting scared.

I was once told that if I limit my sodium intake that it would help to show my abs more? So I’m looking for an answer can someone let me know if this is correct and how much sodium you can consume.

I’m so excited I started a 4 week training plan to get me a little more toned for vacation. This will be my first time visiting a different state. I can’t wait to see the palm trees and to lay out on a beach. Where planing on going to universal studios. So hopefully I’ll feel confident enough to not wear a t-shirt over my bathing suit.

I figured it was time for me to let ya all know how I’m doing. Progress is going really well. Between me going back to school to become a physical therapist and working out and trying to spend time with family and friends its been a little busy. My workout for the past few weeks is

Well this weekend was preatty good other than the fact that we went out on saturday dancing and My husband told me to just have a couple of drinks and that couple turned into 10 drinks and that turned into me gaining 5 pounds man that pisses me off. I’m going to have to work my a** off this week. No more drinks for me.

Today is another full body workout. Last night I did 45 mins of intense cardio. I’m really excited about my goal I made for my self to lose 2 pounds a week its being going really well for right now I figure I’m going to slow down here soon. Friday is my rest night soooo excited I’m going out to my favorite resturant ROOSTERS!!!! and then saturday its right back to the cardio.
