Wednesday workout
February 28, 2007Went to the Firestation with my friend Dave(slvrwolf1) and got my butt kicked by the weighs.
done cardio on the bike
squats 10 x 160lbs
barbell curl 3 x 10 x 60lbs
barbell rows 3×10 x 140lbs
bench press 160 lbs x 1
Arms are definately sore.
