2nd wk..my 2nd time around on this program..last monh did alot of bodyweight..and wrestling prep training..wrestled..in tournament..lost in finals..4-2..pinned first kid..beat then 2nd 14-1 then lost 4-2 in finals..need to work on finishing my shots quicker.clearing legs.staying lower..setups and attacking on top..benched 215 today..175 5x..diddb rows 45lbs,.bbcurls with 65..good day did elliptical fo 30 mins afternoon..acne ehh past week..sucks..need some vit e!! hahaa..tmrw is dyanmic lower,,been reading up on soviet training for athletes lately and loveeeeeeeee it..

did legs and back in am.felt very stong on squats..new goal!i got 210 on my squat!and i went on a light jog this afternoon..pretty good weekend..

whoaa its been awhile been very busy,,my trip to mn was awesome worked with an olympian learned alto wokred hard.ad ths past wkend i ad my big tournament.well i wreslte decen.but lost my first 3 which were greco matces..(cant touchbelow the wasit,!
)the next day i wrestled tough and lost by 1 point to a 2x state champ.and bea tsomeoen who beat me ths year for revenge!and also beat a tough kid.that was a state champ!the corwd was all on my side.being the underdog.and no comes in the key to this,,i was strong as shit.hopefull ill et stronger and ill improve but wow i felt strong an di was the one moving up form 112 to 125.pretty good wkend.wrestled aggressive and tough ut plenty mroe work to do.lifting.running.and wrestling.as well as trying to work hard through this last bit of school and do good..today did back and bis.to get back in the swing.but still resting a bit,,but gettn back to my plangram,,aight.peAce..

awesome back workout today..post it later.ran this afternoon.and cut grass.got $ sweeeet.uh felttt reallllyy good this am..weight slowly going down.hopefully it will continue to do so.for nxt wkend.leave early tmrow.for my wrestling trip to mn..
