today have chest abs forearms and bis
should be good making plain noodles/pasta right now get some carbs..need some protein though ugh need to go grocery shopping!,
workout in about an hr getting excited..

		<description><![CDATA[sat dd boxjumps 12,10,8 depth jumps//top of 1st and over the 2nd..then did  bench dips 3&#215;20 arm power machine 3mins30sec.. 7 ex 31 reps on band..5&#215;2 calves..5&#215;20 forearms..11 sprints..bkwds jog..sprint!
then did//8 mile bike ride in the am..26 51 or so..not bad..legs felt alright..

<p>monday-max upper..ok wkout but not feeling well..maybe MRSA returning?need to clean the mats where i wrestle better..this sucks..found 2 bumps..(possible danger.. ahh took more vit c ths am..trying to get a bunch back..and glutamine..out of fasttwitch.. so far had small amount of cereal..pb sandwhich..strawberry smoothie and a bit of fasttwitch..feeling ok..need to get some work done today as well as a bit of relaxing and fun..im out</p>
