wednesday 21st may
uhh whoo goodlong day..did 5 min tread then 21 min aidyne bike then 5 min tread again..this am..at 6am!!
then cut grass..15$right to gas tank
st chris pract tonight did good warmup..squats down then squat spions arecrazy..handstands..front hand springs..and etc..core work.. body carries..backward squat hop/jumps// and worked sweeps all he way around..had awesome stance and snatches today..cond..felt good.weight a bit high got to about 143ish..ate alot though/face looking better..and a bit tired today but felt good while working out..tmrw is speed upper!!few more days till sean sherk fights!!
