sat dd boxjumps 12,10,8 depth jumps//top of 1st and over the 2nd..then did bench dips 3×20 arm power machine 3mins30sec.. 7 ex 31 reps on band..5×2 calves..5×20 forearms..11 sprints..bkwds jog..sprint!
then did//8 mile bike ride in the am..26 51 or so..not bad..legs felt alright..
ate terrible sat night..got really fat..
sunday..40 min walk on treadmill..ate a bit better but still not good..
monday-max upper..ok wkout but not feeling well..maybe MRSA returning?need to clean the mats where i wrestle better..this sucks..found 2 bumps..(possible danger.. ahh took more vit c ths am..trying to get a bunch back..and glutamine..out of fasttwitch.. so far had small amount of cereal..pb sandwhich..strawberry smoothie and a bit of fasttwitch..feeling ok..need to get some work done today as well as a bit of relaxing and fun..im out
