biked 8 miles..27 40ish ehh..alright sore already..went fast early..

 wrestled w josh at st chris nice sweeps..need to stay lower w motion..need more ties.and snaps..cirlce..sleepy today..but pretty good day overall

speedlower 18 boxes on box jumps!!sweet..and 25lbs for back ext..3×12 leg raises4×17..stepups..65 70 75

wrestled at jr//bad scramble in a wizzer need.to bump in..or go back to base and standup..uhh watch ducks..stay in stance..good sweeps and low single on his step..need to slide..push and go..more shots..felt alright kinda small??we will check..few more things to work on..mainly a few scramble pos..top/bottom..and more shots..

wkend..

sat dd boxjumps 12,10,8 depth jumps//top of 1st and over the 2nd..then did  bench dips 3×20 arm power machine 3mins30sec.. 7 ex 31 reps on band..5×2 calves..5×20 forearms..11 sprints..bkwds jog..sprint!

then did//8 mile bike ride in the am..26 51 or so..not bad..legs felt alright..

ate terrible sat night..got really fat..

sunday..40 min walk on treadmill..ate a bit better but still not good..

monday-max upper..ok wkout but not feeling well..maybe MRSA returning?need to clean the mats where i wrestle better..this sucks..found 2 bumps..(possible danger.. ahh took more vit c ths am..trying to get a bunch back..and glutamine..out of fasttwitch.. so far had small amount of cereal..pb sandwhich..strawberry smoothie and a bit of fasttwitch..feeling ok..need to get some work done today as well as a bit of relaxing and fun..im out

thurs ..

speed upper bp was 23x on 1st set of 135lbs,,good speed upper wkout..ha jr wrestling prac..worked good pulling..focused on control,,russian tie ups..stance was good..nice sweeps/firemans

also cut grass..letter from army wrestling!also..

 

friday..max lower sq 235 and att 245..did 31 mins cardio hb up at 161?ish and did 5-7 sets of abs 20reps.. good day took some new videos my legs are twitching..from the wkouts

wednesday 21st may

uhh whoo goodlong day..did 5 min tread then 21 min aidyne bike then 5 min tread again..this am..at 6am!!

then cut grass..15$right to gas tank :(

st chris pract tonight did good warmup..squats down then squat spions arecrazy..handstands..front hand springs..and etc..core work.. body carries..backward squat hop/jumps//  and worked sweeps all he way around..had awesome stance and snatches today..cond..felt good.weight a bit high got to about 143ish..ate alot though/face looking better..and a bit tired today but felt good while working out..tmrw is speed upper!!few more days till sean sherk fights!!

2nd sesh..of defranco..

2nd wk..my 2nd time around on this program..last monh did alot of bodyweight..and wrestling prep training..wrestled..in tournament..lost in finals..4-2..pinned first kid..beat then 2nd 14-1 then lost 4-2 in finals..need to work on finishing my shots quicker.clearing legs.staying lower..setups and attacking on top..benched 215 today..175 5x..diddb rows 45lbs,.bbcurls with 65..good day did elliptical fo 30 mins afternoon..acne ehh past week..sucks..need some vit e!! hahaa..tmrw is dyanmic lower,,been reading up on soviet training for athletes lately and loveeeeeeeee it..
