Hey!!! That diet sounds gr8t. Us females prefer the number on the scale to go down, but inches are just as important. But there's nothing like get'n on the scale and seeing that number go down!!! Add up ur calories, especially for ur protein shakes. 2 tablespoons of p-nut butta 2x a day is 400 cal. If ur doing a cup of soy milk 2x a day I think that's about 180-200 depending on the brand. And the late night snack , is that 5 Almonds, a 1/4 cup of almonds, what? And look at ur protein powder, how much sugar and carbs does it have. Eating the 6 meals is great....just check on the calorie count for ur protein shakes and that snack....u may need to drop the soy milk and switch to water and decrease the peanut butter. Right now it looks like ur protein shake could be roughly 400-600 cal. alone depending on the brand of powder u use.

But on the other end....if this diet feels good, u have plenty of energy to do your workouts then stick to it!!! Inches are just as good as pounds.

So you are suppose to do this work out every day? I only see one tricep move and one delt move and a lot of legs. No biceps, back, or chest? The leg routine looks good, but I think there needs to be a few more moves for the other muscle groups. What's the book u got this from? I want to read the article.

I don't know much about calorie/carb cycling. I did the very low carbs/ high protein when I was dieting for my show 8 years ago, but when it was time to carb up, it smoothed me out big time, I didn't even look the same. I've only read that if u go too low in total calorie consumption that it'll cause your metabolism to slow down even more for fear of starvation.

People are people even sometimes family and friends mean well but they they can truly say the MOST HURTFUL and UNTHOUGHTFUL THING. I say do what you have to do to live a healthy and long life. God has only given us this one body and we have to get by with it for our duration here on earth. So I say encourage, motivate, and enlighten those who are ready for the reveloution of health, fitnes, and "looking hot"! For those who don't ecspecially family and friends in the "boot" just pray for them because highblood pressure, diabetes, and other diseases are NO JOKE. Keep up the GREAT work you are almost ready to ball again with the young ones on the court.
