Do We Really Want What We Say We Want?

Sometimes in life we forget who we are and how important we are 2 ourselves…. I have a friend and she is always speaking of losing her jelly roll but she is always at the gym talking & flirting with guys. She is a very nice look young lady but she is always downing herself. For some reason she feels as if she can’t do any better than the losers she keeps hooking up with. Today at the gym I talked 2 her for awhile and I asked her why does she come 2 the gym, what is her goal for yourself? She replied, " I want feel pretty and attractive"!

My question 2 her was "Do you really want what you say you want"? Often time people say they want 2 lose weight, gain weight or tone but the mouth is a weaken but functional body part. I, her, she, he or them….we all need to conquer the verbal. …..

 

I Am BACK!

OK…Finally I am back. I hit the gym today and it felt great. I started out just doing shoudlers & back but I hit alittle of everything plus some cardio. I know I said cardio is my goal but lifting is in my heart.

I will start going twice a day from here on out once time just cardio and the other cardio and some light lifting.Great day!

What to do?

Well another day still no gym. I did ride my bike this morning for 30-45 minutes. I feel like apart of me is missing. This flu had me pretty bad but I think I finally fought back. Tommorrow is normally a rest day for me but I think I will start my week off early. Just order me some Flax Seed Oil. I think with my Flax Seed Oil, Lipo 6X, High Protein diet & alot of cardio my cutting process start tommorrow. 

If any one knows of a good cardio training routine for just cutting please let me know because that is where I am at now. I have lost a great deal of weight and I am pretty strong…now I want to cut & tone……… 

 

The Month of August

The month of August is the best month out of the year "In my opinion". I will be Thrity- One this month. I have started the month out sick but it won’t stop me. My workouts have been suffering do 2 the flu but I am going to give it one more day. Then it is time 2 shreddddddd… CARDIO..CARDIO..CARDIO

Summer Cold

Ohhh… no I got a summer cold. I am racially mixed Black & Indian my hair is really curly if I dont straighten it. With my gym schedule  I find myself washing my hair everyday after the gym. Last Friday I  left the gym and went right back out 2 the movies. The theather was freezing  and did the same thing on Saturday. Now I am paying for it. Any one know of any natural remidies? I am taking supplement so I want 2 go all natural. I am still going 2 work out tonight. I will post my results…

“Dedication & Responsibility”

What the difference or which is most important? Sometimes these two subject can conflict. I am truly dedicated to my body but my responsibility is 2 my home. I am a wife, daugther, sister and a friend but my passion is in body building. When I first got into this I think my husband was excited, my friends were motived but now I think maybe some think it is exterme. My husband is still my biggest fan but I know he get tired of me talk health and gym. Can any others relate to me…..?

My workout today was great but I truly wish I could have stayed longer. … My husband has Rifle Range at 5am… Had too take care of home…

HELP? Supplements..Supplements..

OK everyone. I am at a lost I have been searching the web for answers. It is a no go.. So, I decided 2 go 2 the experts. NO Xplode and women? Hummm.. My husband has brought me NO Xplode but I am currently taking Lipo-6X and BCAA+G and a multi-vitiamin. I have read in a few articles that creatine is not good for women it bloats you with water. Any insight on the subject.. I will be waiting.. Train Hard!

“Hack Squats & Leg Press”

Well I am just getting home from the gym…………… legs. I think most bodybuilder hate legs….I don’t know but I do. I was so impressed today I Hack Squatted 300lbs and Leg Pressed 385lbs. I am moving up in the world. With the motovation from all of U? Thanks.

A Great Workout!

Wow! Today was a great workout. I was able to hit my max benchpress. My husband and I worked out together. I felt complete afterward. I am on it. No stopping. Stay Moto.
