I Didn’t Give Up!

I didn’t give up. I am still here. My diet and schedule is crazy for now. I am in the middle of a move. Next week this time I should be stateside and back in business. I just wanted 2 let eveyone know I am still in it 2 win it. Living in the lodge without cooking equipment is hard but the gym is going good. As soon as I get settled I will be updating my page and stay in touch.

So 2 everyone "Train Hard and Live Long"!

This is what I’ve been doing

Friday, September 7th, 2007

Week 2 - Day 11

Diet ( Basically this is it) w/a few cheats :-) Monday-Saturday

Sunday(Free day)

The Morning
2 egg white & one serving of old fashion oats and 1/2 grapefruit

Morning Snack

On Pro Complex Protein shake- with flax oil & 2 tsp natural peanut butter & cup of soymilk

Lunch
4oz chicken breast or ground turkey & (some)veggie &
1 cup brown rice
Lunch snack
same protein shake

Dinner
4oz Salmon/chicken breast/round steak & salad & veggie

Late Snack

 Sometime not all the time  one of these-(Almonds/TBSP Natural Butter/Rice cake)

 WORKOUTS———

100-150 Crunches or Situp Daily

3 mile run atleast 2-3 times a week (I hate cardio)

Weight Training is from this book-I am doing the Advanced Training Program

Modified SuperSets

Although I have not been losing any weight I have been droping the inches. Any help?????????
