Day 1 Week 1 - New Diet & Training
I got this workout out my new book I will see how it goes. It seems like you work the whole body everyday but each day you work one part more. Not sure if it’s wise or not? It said 2 start off with light weights for the first week.. I will see how this works. I have also stared Calorie Cycling and Carb Cycling. Any suggestions?? This week 1200 Calories

So you are suppose to do this work out every day? I only see one tricep move and one delt move and a lot of legs. No biceps, back, or chest? The leg routine looks good, but I think there needs to be a few more moves for the other muscle groups. What’s the book u got this from? I want to read the article.
I don’t know much about calorie/carb cycling. I did the very low carbs/ high protein when I was dieting for my show 8 years ago, but when it was time to carb up, it smoothed me out big time, I didn’t even look the same. I’ve only read that if u go too low in total calorie consumption that it’ll cause your metabolism to slow down even more for fear of starvation.

Everyday is a different workout 6-day cycle, every other day cardio & abs. The name of the book is "The Body Sculting Bible for Women. I am just trying 2 learn.
