I am in need of focus and drive. I have gone through so much in the last year mentally and phyiscally. I have manage to maintain weight wise but I want to achieve more. I want progress!!! I am going through a seperation and divorce after 12 years of marriage and that has taken a lot out of me. I have never had high blood pressure but recently found out that I am at risk. Stress can really do it to you. I really need an dedicated workout partner but I have fell to achieve that here in NC. I still get workout in but not on the level I use to and I am not as fulfilled when I am done. Any sugguestion?

"Obstacles are like wild animals. They are cowards but they will bluff you if they can. If they see you are afraid of them… they are liable to spring upon you; but if you look them squarely in the eye, they will slink out of sight.” Orison Swett Marden
It seems sometimes that the obstacles never stop coming. I have realized that they are just as powerful as you allow them to be. I have a goal and from this day forward there are no "Obstacles" that I can’t overcome. I will have the body I want & I will compete soon.. Keep checking my profile. If I never fulfill any other dreams or goals in life I will achieve this one!

If there is any advice I can give about this challange of body sculpting, it would be never stop. Once you stop it is hard work 2 get back into it but it is all worth it. I am currently back 2 benching 135lbs after my surgery and my rehab.
My Motto:
I have the drive 2 get where I want 2 be and the pride of not going back 2 where I use 2 be!
Advice time:
Anyone have some advice on a good supplement for energy that has no caffiene?

Well today is my 10th Wedding Anniversary and all my bodyspace friends knows this years hasn’t been easy but we made it. Since I have been back stateside I have been finding it hard 2 focus on my fitness goals. I’ve been maintain my weight but not really losing any. Well. what I really have been complaining about is a workout partner or a spotter. Since my surgery I am alittle weak. I need someone to help. So….anyway as one of my Anniversary gifts my husband got me a personal trainer for 6 weeks. I know not a normal 10th Anniversary gift but he knows what I like so it was very practical.

Why do you work on your body? Why do I ? Well for me the answer is easy…Self Improvement!
I am currently living in Japan but in a month I will be returning 2 the States. My family and friends are all really excited 2 see me after one year but recently I’ve been catching on 2 the comments that are being made by some. Things of the negative nature because I woke up and realized that my life is what I make it and so is my body that doesn’t make me superfical or conceited. Some people have even asked me if I have someone new in my life (on the side). I said "YES" it is Me! I want 2 live a long and healthy life. Oh and damn right I want 2 look good! I am married not died.. ………..That is crazy. Is anyone feeling my pain?
