Little Less Than One Week Out

So far it appears I’m doing alright.  Keeping up with my workouts and trying to get them all in prior to this weekend in case New England decides to not be rainy.  Didn’t feel too well Monday, so I was able to at least get my weight lifting in.  Tuesday I had gone for my speed walk with my sister in the freakin humid 85 degree weather.  That was actually quite difficult.  I then went to Stop & Shop to buy more broccoli so I don’t have to worry about my meals in the upcoming peak week.  Planning on getting tons of chicken & tilapia today at Costco.  So I should be somewhat stress free.  All I have to worry about is the tanning (which I’ve managed to eff up the last two times and had to have it corrected), makeup & hair, oh and peak week diet… yeah… fun times to be had.  Just can’t wait to have sushi again…

I appear to be leaning out alright, too.  I haven’t weighed myself for this to be certain, just looking in the mirror.  My lower abdomen decided to distend again, for no apparent reason, but I’m hoping it’s just water.  I’m about due for that time of the month, maybe that’s it.  I’m also noticing my skin holds more water than it used to and the skin on the lower half of my body is looser, but, I’ll deal.

So, we’ll see how things turn out in the coming days.  Peace out.
