4 sets of 90 heel touch crunches
4 sets of 25 scissor kicks
4 sets of crunches with exercise ball using 15 and 20 lbs each
4 sets of 12 leg presses using 225 lbs
4 sets of 10 leg press ind legs using 135 lbs
4 sets of rolling shrugs using 65 lbs
4 sets of 8 lat pulldowns using 195lbs
