"I want to get down to 10-12% BF and a healthy weight. Currently i'm at 186 and wanting to decrease my BF still. I want to learn from those who have done this the RIGHT way. i will be using cytolean and superpump250 as my supps."

this is wht i did last night, i’m trying to focus on lower body stuff now….

4 sets of 90 heel touch crunches

4 sets of 25 scissor kicks

4 sets of crunches with exercise ball using 15 and 20 lbs each

4 sets of 12 leg presses using 225 lbs

4 sets of 10 leg press ind legs using 135 lbs

4 sets of rolling shrugs using 65 lbs

4 sets of 8 lat pulldowns using 195lbs
