I am starting a work biggest loser contest. I have a new workout routine i just started, which is HIGH REP, low weight.
The guidance i need is, a meal plan. It’s 12 weeks, and it starts tomorrow. PLEASE any and all comments welcome. I just need a meal plan to lose the BF, and keep what muscle i have. I will post more pics probly the beginning of next week, but, my stats are 18.4% BF, 187. My ultimate goal with this is to lose around 15 lbs.
Please fellow BB’ers, help a brother out.
Thanks,
light

How’s everyone today? had a good workout after work last night, did a little back, some abs, some traps and a little bi’s.
having a good ole isopure mass shake this AM for breakfast.
feeling great, switched to some new multivitamins and feeling better and more energy, could be the fact that i’m losing some of the BF as well…..LOL
well, time to get back to work, i’ll check in every now and then, see how ya’ll are doing this am!

today, i started off with a 2 egg omelette and some veggies, and a biscuit
looking to hitting the gym after work for about an hour. gonna do bi’s, traps and abs today. since the knee surgery, i’ve noticed my decrease in energy, that needs to come back!!!
i was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to a good eating plan for leaning out. i would love as much feedback as possible. i want to lean out for about a month, then bulk up and try and put about 5-10lbs of muscle on by late april-mid may…..aiming for may 15th
any ideas would be great. should i try and bulk up first then lean out????
i’m teetering between 186 and 189, my BF is around 17.5% and i wanna get it down to around 11-12%

I’m gonna keep my ass in gear and stay on here and keep me, and others motivated. I always get on here and see how fantastic everyone looks, get myself in a great state of mind, and then slack off. SO, no more slackin……it’s time to get the cytolean again and cut down……then superpump….
The one thing that i would like to REALLY stick to is a good eating regime. I have done fairly well, only one cheat day and not too much fats, sticking around 1800-2300 calories, using 40-40-20. So, i’m not terribly UNHAPPY with myself, i just know i can do better.
Still not good at this blog thing, but…..i will stay motivated and i have enough contacts on here and looking at everyone’s before and after pics……..MUST STAY MOTIVATED.
I had a "biggest loser contest" at work, and i had the least amount to lose…i’m not saying everyone at work is fat…i just had the least to lose. I was at 19.5% BF and 194 lbs. I did pretty well, came in 3rd, lost 8 lbs, and came in at 4.2% weight lost, i know i coulda done better, but i did alright. I could of eaten less…….blah blah blah. But it was fun, i got my head back in the game. My focus is to get down to between 170 and 175.
So, feel free to post back…i know i’m not as exciting to look at as alot of people here, but my goal is to be the best me…….yeah, i wanna look like half the guys on here, but i know that my body type will make it difficult. So, from now on, no more excuses. JUST DO IT (sorry nike)
I just want to see muscle! That’s my biggest thing, so here i go.
So feel free to leave me messages, as i will try and do my best to post eating habits, workouts….etc…just to see where i am at every day, except sundays, gotta be with the fam!!!!
