I’m BAAAAAAAAAAAAACK. How’s everybody doing. This is my first week back, didn’t have to get surgery….well, not yet anyway. Things have gotten better with my left delt, looks like i overcompensated for a while with my right, and injured that some. Man, when things get u, they get ya hard.
But, nonetheless, this is my first 4 days back in the gym, and i am back on track. I have lost anouther .5% bodyfat and continue to drop. i iwll update pics soon, as for those that keep up with me know i’m a slacker.
Anyway, luckily i’ve kept up with doing legs and abs while on yet another hiatus, and figure, the new pics should so SOMETHING!
Well, we shall see, and glad to be back and everyone is looking great!!! keep up the hard work everyone and keep your goals as close as your enemies

Just got the word from my doctor that i have a minor tear in my deltoid. THAT SUX!!!
I have been keeping it low key recently and starting back with some lower weights and higher reps. I bumped my weights up 5 lbs, and kept my 4 set routine, and apparently that ws too much with front delt raises. MAN, what a croc. At least it hasn’t set me back too much. Doc gave me some muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory’s. I have been moving on and working legs and abs…..come to find ouot, i strained a tendon in my neck………man, this has been a horrible 9 days…….hope everyone else is doing well today.

Ok, so, i’ve got a minor motivational problem right now, it’s called vacation………….i need to get past this great time of year, where it’s hot and sticky and i love getting a tan and being in the sun and not going to the gym (did i say that?????) i finally got my lazy ass back in the gym this week!!!!!!!!!! i had two of my trainers and a few go, dude, where ya been the last coupla weeks….so, i told them, Cancun, Fla, Ga, and MD…….oh, NC also…it’s been a great last 5 weeks for me resting and enjoying myself having my family time and stuff…..but when the trainers say something to me…..that means two things to me, A) i’ve made somewhat of an impact B) i’m being noticed……YES!!!!!!!
All the sweat and tears is paying off……makes me feel good, i’m ready for my body to get shocked again and drop these last worrysome 15-20 lbs……..gain some more mass, and be even happier withthe way i look……….and hope some of ya’ll make some comments about me too!!! LOL good or bad, i can take it…i like constructive criticism
also, everyone keep up the good work they have been doing and all involved in comps in the upcoming months, kick ass i know ya’ll will do well

this is wht i did last night, i’m trying to focus on lower body stuff now….
4 sets of 90 heel touch crunches
4 sets of 25 scissor kicks
4 sets of crunches with exercise ball using 15 and 20 lbs each
4 sets of 12 leg presses using 225 lbs
4 sets of 10 leg press ind legs using 135 lbs
4 sets of rolling shrugs using 65 lbs
4 sets of 8 lat pulldowns using 195lbs

so, with all the talk from everyone around here, i have found a new passion, abs and legs……i lost all my weight working out upper body and minimal abs. damn these last two weeks i have really gotten into working out my lower half especially abs and legs. i can’t quite do full out squats yet because of a bad knee, but, leg lifts and leg presses have been kickin my A$$!!!! I have incorporated 6 different ab routines as well….MAN, it’s awesome.
crunches, heel taps, scissor kicks, leg lifts with 15lb weight, bicycles, and using "the ball" feels like i’m trying to kill my lower body. I LOVE IT.

Today, i’m hitting heavy back and lats……..i have changed things up a little and doing 4 sets of heavy 5-6 reps.
alternating around from DB…BB….machines
And finishing strong with high rep abs.

How the hell is everyone? Sorry, been on a small break the last few weeks…….been to georgia, florida, cancun…………haven’t had much time to do anything……other than think about the weight i’ve put back on, only five lbs, but…..DAMN this is tough to stay good. Congrats to all that have the will power………LOL
Anyway, so, i’m jumping back into things heavy for the next 2 months. Wanna get back down to 180 and push myself to my goal of 170-175 10-12% BF. I’m back in the head game and I know i can get going. Just wanted to vent and say hi to everyone.

I got my BF done last night, and I’m down 1 (one) percent in the last 4 1/2 weeks. down to 18.7. YESSSSSSS
My trainer said that’s great and that 1-1 1/2 % a month for what i’ve been doing is great. I know i will see better loss if i would just get my ass on an eliptical or treadmill,, but i’m still fighting it…LOL
Just wanted to share with everyone..6% to go!!!!
