Photo Shoot with IFBB Pro Andy Haman
I met up with IFBB pro bodybuilder, Andy Haman yesterday for a shoot. We met at Dylan and Heather Armbrust’s gym. Dylan showed me the new logo for Armbrust Gym that is in the works and it’s pretty cool. They are doing an awesome job of fixing up the gym and still keeping it one of Denver’s lone hardcore gyms. Andy and I shot for a few hours in their gym and then went to Steve Hess’ gym FORZA to get some shots of him on the HARDKORE gym equipment. Steve is a good dude who is getting ready to compete at the Colorado State Championships. Andy consumed more sushi than humanly possible in between shoots. He needed it after doing a few sets with the 170lb dumbbells. Check them out - pretty sweet looking. Andy is getting ready to make his pro debut at the Europa Super show. Any one who knows him knows he’s a guy who doesn’t take himself too serious and is always cracking jokes. We had a good time and got some great shots.
Keep your eyes peeled for some of these shots to land in the pages of the muscle magazines in the months ahead.

Andy Haman is the best! He’s an amazing role model and inspiration. Andy is fun to be around because he works hard but he always finds time to play just as hard.

Beware IFBB, here comes Big Andy. Andy is one of those guys that few will want to approach, at first, because of his enormous physical stature. However, once you meet him, you will realize he would bend over backwards for you. He is a great family man, friend and bodybuilder. Good luck Andy, take it to em.
